maize was born in 2017 out of the desire to leverage our international ecosystem, expand our reach and involve our community through interactive debates and inspirational opinions that emerge from a gamut of human experiences.Through a collaborative effort we focused on the exposure of mindful expressions of points of view that reflect the needs of our evolving society.

 

Today, maize is a melange of solutions that respond to the exigency of an emerging digital culture. The variety of content and formats offered by maize respond to heterogeneous audience, ranging from the need of exposure to provocative opinions to the need of learning and shifting mindsets.

During the last 10 years, corporate training has been one of H-FARM’s core roles when supporting other companies in developing their innovation. Because of this, we have been able to deeply understand the evolution of people’s learning habits, as well as companies’ needs and constraints.

maize.LIVE is an interactive experience exploring and questioning established beliefs in a collaborative event involving clients, students and friends. During the event we discuss contemporary phenomena from a practical and philosophical point of view, looking to inspire a community of thinkers who come together with one shared objective: transforming their organizations.During the event, we discuss relevant case studies and stories (told first hand by their authors), venture into pop culture and visionary opinions from a variety of fields. We usually include artistic exhibitions, creative recreational moments and collaborative activities.
